Flat Rate Shipping

Kyles Containers applies a flat rate shipping fee for standard deliveries of eligible products within designated service areas.

The flat rate shipping charge is four hundred sixty dollars ($460) per order

This fee is intended to cover:

Scheduling and coordination of transport equipment
Loading and unloading operations
Standard delivery within the service region defined by Kyles Containers

If an order involves multiple containers or complex logistics, Kyles Containers may discuss additional costs with the customer before finalising the order.

Delivery Areas

The store is designed to serve customers in the United States. Actual delivery availability may depend on:

Distance from distribution points
Accessibility of the delivery site for large trucks and transport equipment
Local restrictions or road limitations

If a delivery address falls outside standard service areas or presents unusual access challenges, Kyles Containers will communicate any additional requirements or costs before arranging shipment.

Delivery Scheduling

Once an order is confirmed and payment arrangements have been completed:

A delivery window will be coordinated with the customer

Inspection at Delivery

Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect containers and products when they are delivered. During inspection:

Confirm that the correct product and quantity have been delivered
Document any issues with photos

Any concerns should be reported promptly to the delivery personnel and to sales@kylescontainers.us.

Delays and Force Majeure

Certain events may delay delivery or make it temporarily impossible, including:

Severe weather conditions
Natural disasters
Road closures
Mechanical failures or logistics disruptions

In such cases Kyles Containers will communicate with customers and work to reschedule delivery as soon as reasonably possible. Kyles Containers is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
